- You need 30 grams of Granulated sugar.

- Whip the egg whites until they form soft peaks..
- Add granulated sugar in 2~3 batches and whip until shiny..
- Set a round tip and place the batter into pastry bag. Pipe the meringue into your favorite shapes..
- I used 2 baking sheets..
- Bake in 210F/100℃ oven for about 60 minutes (if you add time, continue at 210F/100℃ for another 20 minutes.).
