1. Firstly put the oven to 300*F and coat a muffin pan with some Pam.
2. Now mix all the ingredients together and fold lightly if you over mix the the cakes will drop when you take them out.
3. Now take the mixture and put it in to the muffin pan and put them in the oven till golden you will see them rise quite a bit.
4. And there you go my pan is hollow in the middle it makes them look like doughnuts 🍩.
