1. In an electric mixer,add butter and mix for 2,3 minutes.
2. Now add sugar and mix for 7,8 minutes.
3. Now add eggs and mix for 3,4 minutes.
4. In flour, add salt and baking powder,mix well.
5. Now add the flour mixture and mix for 1,2 minutes.
6. Add vanilla extract and mix for 30 seconds.
7. Grease loaf pan with butter and sprinkle flour on it.
8. Scrape the batter into the pan and tap tap tap the pan against yuur countertop.
9. Bake in pre heated oven at 170C for 40,45 minutes.
10. Use toothpick to insert in the cake and check if it comes out clean.
11. Remove the cake from the pan and let it rest..
12. Now take whipping cream and beat it until it is double.
