- Tumis ikan bilis sampai agak garing, tumis sikit bawang..
- Blend 3 biji bwg besar, 2 bwg putih..
- Bwg dh agak layu, masukkan bahan blend td. Tumis sampai pecah minyak..
- Masukkan cili kisar 5 sb..
- Gaul, smpai pecah minyak. Tambah air sikit kalau dh agak kering..
- Masukkn lebihan bwg td (hiris)..
- Kacau sampai pecah minyak. Bila dh agak kering, tmbah air lg. Ulang sampai sambal dh agak kehitaman. Biasa sy buat 3 ke 4 kali tambah air, baru nmpk cantik warna sambal..
- Boleh tambah gula, garam, asam jawa..
- Tumis sampai sambal agak kering. Waktu menumis, api jgn besar. Kecilkan saja. Atau bila nk cpt, kuatkan sedikit sekejap, lepastu kecik kan balik api..
