1. Beat the eggs with sugar then mix with oil and butter..
2. Then mixed all the dry ingredients that is flour, powder milk and baking powder with it..
3. Then at last when the mixture is ready then add 1/2 cup warm liquid milk.
4. Place a cooker on the stove for 15 minutes on the purpose of pre-heat then place the mixture in a bowl.
5. And place the bowl in the cooker and keep a tight lid over it and wait for 45 minutes to make the cake ready.
