Ingredients of Cream Puff
- It's 150 ml of milk.
- You need 60 g of butter.
- It's 60 g of cake flour.
- It's 3 of eggs.
Cream Puff instructions
- Heat the milk and butter together until it soft boiled..
- Decrease the heat and pour the flour while keep mixing it until it well incorporated..
- Take it off from the heat and let it cooled down for about 3 minutes..
- Put in the egg one by one. Mix the mixture and egg until it well combined before put another egg in. At first it seems like it wouldn't be combined, but trust your self and keep mixing!.
- It will be well mixed like this. Add another egg and repeat the process for all eggs..
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius..
- Put it on the piping bag. Make round shape with no pointy tip..
- Bake for 25-30 minutes..
