- Prepare 2 cups of Dried Fruit (almond, raisin, coconut flakes, cashew nuts).

- Grind all Spices.
- Add Lemon juice, yogurt, ginger and garlic paste to the spices. mix and use to marinate beef ribs and refridgerator 1 day before cooking.
