  6. You need 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Garam Masala.
  11. It's 1 of small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
  12. Prepare 1 of small bunch Mint Leaves chopped.
  13. It's 2-3 of Onions thinly sliced.
  14. Prepare 2-3 of Green Chillies slit.
  15. Prepare 4-5 tbsp of Oil.

  1. Clean all the mixed parts and apply ginger garlic paste and salt to it. Keep it aside for atleast 30 minutes. Heat Oil in a Pressure Cooker. This can be done without a Cooker too if the meat is tender. But it requires a little bit more of your time..
  2. Saute Onions until translucent. Add all the spices and the marinated mixed parts and meat to the cooker..
  3. Pressure cook until done for 6 to 7 whistles. Do not cook for a long time. Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid. Saute it on a high heat stirring continuously until Oil starts floating on top. Adjust Salt and garnish with lots of freshly chopped Coriander Leaves. Consistency can be adjusted according to one's choice. Enjoy!.
