1. Doodh ko boil kar lain aur us mein se half cup approx doodh nikal ke thunda kar lain aur us mein custard powder mix kar dain.
2. Doodh mein sugar mix kar dain.Custard ko zyda thick nahi rkhna... Custard ko thora thora add krain doodh mein.
3. Custard ready ho jaey to usy room temperature py thunda kar lain.
